30-Day Return Policy

You may return any unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

Prepare Your Return

  • Safely package the product(s) you wish to return, ensuring they remain in their original condition.

Ship It Back

  • Use the provided shipping label with the package to send it to the Returns Address listed above.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless product arrives damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

I no longer want a product

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 30 days after delivery. Visit Our Return Portal to create a return

Providing the product is returned as above and in the same condition as it was delivered, we will refund the full cost of the product minus the shipping cost. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


My order hasn't arrived

If you selected tracked delivery, you can check the delivery status online using the tracking details provided in your dispatch email or customer account.

If your order is late or missing, please contact us via phone or email so we can investigate.

  • If your order is delayed and you’ve paid for expedited delivery, we will refund the additional delivery fees.

Something is missing from my order

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us via phone or email within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund for the missing item(s).


I've been sent the wrong item

If you receive an incorrect item, please Visit Our Return Portal within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange to collect the incorrect item and either send the correct one or issue a refund.


My order has arrived damaged

We carefully pack every item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please Visit Our Return Portal within 30 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange to collect the damaged item and either send a replacement or issue a refund.

I'd like to exchange an item for something else

If you’d like to exchange an item, Visit Our Return Portal within 30 days from the day after delivery.

  • You can generate a return label 
  • Exchanges are accepted only for unused items in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage and any cost difference between the exchanged items.

How to Package and Return Items

Please ensure the following:

  • The item and packaging are in the same condition as when received.
  • The provided label is included or clearly marked on the package.
  • The parcel is well protected and securely wrapped.
  • The Returns Label is clearly visible.

Additional Information

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Unsealed items are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
